2020 Embroidery Journal

On the 1st of January 2020, I decided to create an embroidery hoop that I would stitch one thing onto every day throughout the year. Each individual picture represents something I did or something that happened each day. It began as a fun personal project, but quickly became a shared experience for me and everybody who followed its progress through a wild year.

I shared the first photo of my project to Instagram on January 1st, and posted monthly updates to keep track of my progress and motivate myself to get it finished!
